Our urban retreat day is designed with stillness in mind. Fern will guide you through a variety of methods to create the perfect experience that will stay with you beyond our time together.
A while back Fern made a decision to live at a slower pace and loves to share her passion for creating stillness and space. With over 1000 hours of teacher training and a career in research, Fern creates classes, workshops and retreats that are grounded in the latest insights from the world of meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology and the slow movement.
