Experience the magic of roll + restore using myofascial release therapy balls and yoga block to target trigger points in the common areas in the body and release tension in the connective tissues (also
known as fascia). This workshop will give you an introduction to fascia, the importance of myofascial release and the techniques you need to give yourself a full body massage just about anywhere, anytime, to restore the fascia and build tissue resilience.
WORKSHOP 1: UPPER BODY RELEASE | 1 – 2:30PM
During this 1.5 hours workshop, you will be guided on a journey to release tension in the common areas on the upper body (back, shoulders, arms, neck, head) using Therapy Balls designed by MyYogaEssence.
WORKSHOP 2: LOWER BODY RELEASE | 2:45 – 4:15PM
During this 1.5 hours workshop, you will be guided on a journey to release tension in the common areas on the lower body (hips, legs, feet) using Therapy Balls designed by MyYogaEssence.
This is a real treat for anyone who carries tension from desk-bound jobs, poor posture, long flights, stress, new mums, sports training, to those who are recovering from injury, to restore motion, enhance tissues strength, promote circulation, increased energy and so much more.
You can expect to feel more relaxed, restored and mobile after this practical myofascial release workshop.
Open to everyone. No previous yoga experience required.
WHAT TO BRING
Water bottle, a pen and notepad and comfortable clothes.
Yoga mat, block and blanket provided. Please arrive 5 minutes beforethe workshop commence.
