Hayley has been practising yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 5 and is excited to share 5 weeks of nourishing Restorative Yoga!
Through Hayley’s years of practice and teaching, she has become particularly sensitive to the impact that trauma, anxiety, depression, body image concerns and a whole range of mental health concerns can have, both on our daily life and on our body. Over the years, her personal yoga practice has evolved into a nurturing practice of self-care, compassion and healing.
In Hayley’s classes you will feel supported and be held to arrive on the yoga mat exactly as you are. Hayley will guide you through a therapeutic approach to yoga. The gentle yoga postures invite you to notice sensations in your body and the rhythm of your breath, helping you to build a connection to your body and how you feel in the present moment. Hayley wholeheartedly believes in the therapeutic power of yoga and its ability to connect you to your most true, authentic self.
