Inversions are the most powerful group of yoga postures. When we turn our bodies upside down, we are literally turning our world upside down. Turning upside down allows us to experience a shift in our attitude and see things from a different perspective. We will be going though this group of postures in depth and exploring different ways to approach them safely with guidance and support.
This workshop will explore Handstand, Forearm stand, Shoulder stand and Headstand.
Jovana is an experienced 800 hour certified Jivamukti yoga teacher at OM Collective who has been teaching yoga for a number of years, she has taught at various schools, spaces and festivals! She is excited to share her experience and knowledge with you, guiding you to explore your practice further!
