ABOUT ROBYNRobyn is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga and loves everything about the practice (even when it challenges her!). Robyn was introduced to yoga in her home town of Macclesfield in the North West of England 15 years ago, however it wasn’t until she emigrated to Australia and discovered her first yoga studio in Newtown Sydney that she really fell in love with practice and began to study it more deeply. The practice of yoga has given Robyn the tools to face various challenges in her life (physically, mentally and emotionally), it has opened her up to many wonderful opportunities and it has introduced her to a beautiful community of people that she is so very grateful for. Robyn hopes to inspire others through her teaching so that they can go on to discover the depth of the practice for themselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ROBYN’S CLASS
Robyn’s classes are inspired by various styles of yoga, including Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Iyengar. You can expect Robyn to encourage you to connect with your mind, body and breath whilst guiding you through creative sequences with a focus on alignment. Robyn will often share some wisdom from her personal study and experience and will always leave time for meditation practice and savasana.
Robyn is regularly attending workshops and intensives with senior yoga teachers both in Australia and Internationally. Formally, Robyn has completed:
