Lindsey fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago and started teaching 4 years ago. Lindsey’s teachings are inspired by Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga, and she finds a way to make yoga poses accessible to every body.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LINDSEY’S CLASS
Lindsey offers a grounded class with freedom to explore your own breath and connect it with dynamic yoga sequences taking what you need each class. Expect some quiet time and a journey inwards ending with a guided savasana.
Lindsey believes yoga is for the mind and a smooth calm breath leads to a smooth calm mind. The yoga poses are just the fun icing on the cake. In class, you will be guided to experience the present moment, sense the body and notice the breath and mind connections.
When not practicing or teaching yoga Lindsey is being a yoga nerd reading all things yoga related especially on how beneficial yoga is your mental health and wellbeing.
