Carla has loved the practice of yoga for many years. First introduced to it over ten years ago, she found that yoga helped relieve stress, move and strengthen the body and enter the spiritual realm of the mind.
Now, Carla offers yoga to all ages and aims in class to unite the body, mind and breath, with each asana becoming an access point to understanding our nature and ourselves, no matter what age. She welcomes you to come practice with her, experiencing yoga in a new way.
